I dealt with other agency before and the difference I noticed are the support, clear information and great preparation. Every time I call or e-mail for question or assistance, I get what I look for. The interview preparation was more than amazing. I usually get nervous in interview but having a mock up interview and getting the feedback was extremely helpful and made me more relaxed in the actual interview.
