Do you enjoy spending your time SELLING on the phone?

We are looking for Business Developers, sophisticated and passionate sales professionals with a solid track record of selling goods or services on the phone, within the Gulf Region. Opportunities exist for key players to be fast tracked to Manager Level within an ambitious business.

Operating from grade A offices on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, we are seeking for talented recruiters with a successful background in business development or telesales / telemarketing.

Working at IRIS Executives means that you are working most of the time on the phone, acquiring clients and candidates. A recruitment consultant is first and foremost and sophisticated / consultative sales person.

You will work in full autonomy as you conduct effective business development for both existing and new business opportunities, search and interview candidates and coach them through your client’s interview process. Although we essentially work in English, Arabic is a great plus (but not compulsory).

Having said that, we have a great team at IRIS we would not achieve as much if we were not working together towards a common target and vision. This means that we are accountable to each other, we truly believe this is the only way to keep the fun going in the office while achieving superior performance!
