I can't speak highly enough of the training Hamza gave us. The presentation of the course was excellent! I particularly found beneficial the sections on customer service and marketing. What I liked the most about this training was that Hamza gave us real tools to succeed. It was not all about theory and we had the chance to put into practice what we learnt.
