Working Hours: Sun-Thu, 07:30 – 14:30

Job Scope:

Design, develop and improve HR policies and procedures across the company and ensure the implementation as per HR law of Dubai government, Government Excellence Programs and international standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will be:

Implement the Quality Systems (ISO, EFQM, DEGP, CPM and governance Systems) to improve the current HR services

Identify the gaps in KPI’s from Targets and suggest Corrective Actions & Areas of Improvement’s in consultation with the Section Managers; and feed them in the corporate KPI’s electronic monitoring system (ADAA).

Work closely with the senior management to develop and update: 5/3 years strategy, strategic objectives, balanced scorecards, yearly operational plans for the shared services including projects, emergency plans, business development and change management projects, quality manual and processes, applying quality assurance mechanisms and monitor department performance; designing and establishing excellence programs and tactical initiatives by following the (DEGP) and (International standards)

Conduct the special assignments based on the work and management requirements.

Coordinate with DCP and senior management to conduct the internal Corporate ESS and CSS, analysis the feedbacks and results in cooperation with all the related parties, and suggest
recommendations to implement the best practice in improving the HR process and policies.

Obtain the row data/ generated reports from the HR section and other resources to analysis and have the HR results criteria on timely basis.

Develop, review and assess HR excellence methodologies, policies and processes, its implementation outcomes as per DGEP standard;

Feed the electronic monitoring system ADAA with the Obtained results/ generated reports of the timely HR’s KPIs and HR’s Operation plan on timely basis.

Coordinate with all stakeholders concerned in development, enhancement, deployment and measurement of all organizational development and effectiveness programs and processes.

Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Master degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or  Bachelor degree in Human Resources / Business Administration + CIPD

10 years work experience in HR (mainly in HR policies, procedures and excellence)
