FAQ – Talent Finder

What if I am not satisfied with the shortlist that you send us?    

For our Premium Headhunting Service, if you’re not satisfied, you simply do not hire the candidate and there is no payment to make from your end.
For our Talent Finder Service, since you pay before the commencement of the service, if you’re not satisfied on the first month, we offer a 100% satisfaction or your money back guaranteed! So you can try us at no risk at all.
To make sure we are on the same line in regards to your expectations, we will be collecting the requirements of each vacancy on our Search Assignment Form. The shortlist that you will receive will be matching the details on the Search Assignment Form at least by 90%. If not, we will adjust it from your next invoice or you can replace it with another vacancy.

Is there any minimum contract period?

Absolutely not, you cancel any time after you give 1 month notice! (This is because Searches are usually ongoing and we need this notice period to close all the ongoing activities)

How are the payment terms set up?

If you choose our Talent Finder service, we will simply charge a small fee (as little as AED 5,500 per vacancy) that varies depending on the # of vacancies you assign to us. In terms of budget, this approach is our best value for money. 

If you choose our Premium Headhunting Service, we charge a percentage (%) of the annual gross salary of the candidate we place at your company. However we do not charge you unless and until a placement occurs and a candidate accepts a position with your company. 

How many vacancies can you take on per months?

There are no limits on the number of vacancies we could handle for our current clients, however to make sure we can always deliver, we have a restriction on how many clients each of our consultant can manage.
