IRIS focuses on the search and placement of senior UAE Nationals (Emiratis). Now this is something that no one has dared focusing on before us. This segment of the market is causing the biggest issues here in the UAE as many Emiratis are unemployed when their country is showing high record profits. The reason this is happening? Well, one of them is that the country's success is relying on education and experience that the Emirati market is still short on in many sectors, hence the need for an Emiratisation specialist.
This is a candidate driven market where salaries are high and demand even higher. We are proud to be the first ever recruitment consultancy to solely specializes in Emiratisation. How long have we been operating for? We only started the 1st of September 2010. That's right; all this was achieved in the space of a few months.

You will work in full autonomy as you generate candidates, meet clients, negotiate offers and conduct effective business development of both existing and new business.
