Description:

IRIS Executives, a leader in
the Emiratization market is urgently looking for an IT Graduate Trainee 
(male with completed army service) for one of its largest clients in
Dubai (Only UAE Nationals will be considered for this role).

Job Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will
be software installation and troubleshooting. On a day-to-day basis, you will
be expected to: 

When office based – interaction
with the team visiting the site, picking up calls and troubleshooting problems
that customers are facing over the phone, documentation handling, at times
translating technical documents Arabic/English, basic software programming

To achieve this, you will be
working as a part of a team, and reporting to CFO. Your work will
enable the company to run smoothly the software installation and
troubleshooting.

To qualify for this role, you
must:

– Although experience is not
required, a good understanding of Java andor .net (C# or VB),
have VB, VBA, and VBscript knowledge, knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and
CSS is a plus, Oracle or MS SQL Database. 

– Possess Bachelor's Degree

– Be fluent in English and
Arabic
