Iris Executives was born from a concept, the idea that things can be better out there and that the best recruitment consultancy was yet to be created. Established in 2010, we are an ambitious recruitment consultancy dedicated to the Search & Placement of UAE Nationals. Since inception, we have continuously stunned the market with an innovative approach to recruiting Executive Emirati talent.

Our motto, “Improving People’s lives” is our inexhaustible source of inspiration, and IRIS Executives was only to be created as a vehicle to enable our motto to apply to our people, our candidates, our clients and anyone we are in contact with.
