Job Description
Iris Executives, in behalf of our client a Leisure and Sports company based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Corporate Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify customers and initiate contact to develop a strong client list
2. Maintain client relationships to maximise uptake for all events
3. Negotiate with clients to secure sales to achieve revenue targets
4. Monitor client experiences to help improve customer satisfaction
5. Solicit and record client feedback in order to be able to provide input to management on market trends and customer attitudes towards the company
6. Create, maintain and develop accurate customer records within Customer Relationship Management system to keep company’s customer database up to date and enable optimum profitability
7. Submit weekly sales reports and targets for the following week to assist management planning and evaluation activities
8. Research and prepare presentations and proposals to respond to both standard and extraordinary customer requirements
9. Prepare booking forms, secure agreements and follow-up payments to complete sales promptly and according to schedules
10. Perform all additional tasks required by management in relation to the job.
11. Ensure that standards and confidentiality required by law and by management are maintained at all times.
